Dee Side House is located in Upper Dentdale at Cowgill, close to the head of the valley giving easy access via Newby Head to the B6255 Ingleton to Hawes Road. Hawes is just 12-15 minutes by car and Ingleton 16-20 minutes. Dent Station is 3km and transport can be arranged given 24 hours notice. Dent village is 7 km down the valley whilst Sedbergh (book town) is a further 7 km. Nearest large town with supermarkets is Kendal (25 km).
